In INSTALL, perhaps change
perl Makefile.PL PREFIX=$HOME
to
perl Makefile.PL PREFIX=$HOME CONTACT_ADDRESS=
otherwise the one question the user gets prompted for makes this
become an attended install where instead it could be a completely
batch install or done from an emacs' compile buffer.
