I would suggest to go one step further:
lets add a rule using the dkim-module to block all unsigned mails untruly
claiming to be from domains who singn all their mails (using the sender signing
policy).
Something like:
meta L_FORGERY DKIM_POLICY_SIGNALL && !DKIM_VERIFIED
