--- Comment #6 from Nick Forde <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> 2008-09-16 17:04:11 PST ---
Hi Guys,

I'm very impressed with the quick and detailed responses.

A few main points -

1) I haven't done anything unusual with my PC. Just the usual automatic service
packs.

2) I have temporarily disabled my virus scanner (eset) so there is no longer an
eSet header, to show that eset wasn't mucking around with the Outlook headers.

3) The Message-ID header is definitely being generated by Outlook on my PC. My
PC is named 'aussiecomserver' as it's the local office server (sorry for the
confusion there!). I've attached a screenshot from my PC to show this. It's not
related to the Aussiecom internet server (the receiving mail server in my
original post).

4) See below for the headers in my latest email test. I haven't attached it in
.msg format as I don't know how to update it to remove my email address.

5) This time I've just sent it via my ISP (iinet.net.au) to my own iinet.net.au
account.

If you want me to send an email directly to your servers or if you need the
full email just let me know.
