Question about 3.2.5 2TLD change

We're looking at upgrading from spamassassin-3.2.4 to 3.2.5.  Our QA 
department asked the following question as they are checking over all 
changes since 3.2.4.

There is no single "rs" TLD in RegistrarBoundaries.pm (only 2nd level
xyz.rs domains are there).
Was it really included?  And is there any rule which will fire on
non-existent domain so I can make sure the domain really is/isn't
recognized?
