Marc, As Matt said, SpamAssassin has nothing to do with the stearns.org blacklist and this mailing list is not the correct place for such questions. However, as a courtesy I'll offer some advice this once.
To clarify what I mean by "nothing to do with": The stearns.org blacklist is designed to be used with SpamAssassin, just like the words in a book are intended to be printed on paper. We are the paper manufacturers. Don't come to us about the words in the book if you have an issue with what the book says. To get your domain removed from the stearns.org blacklist, please see the web page http://www.sa-blacklist.stearns.org/sa-blacklist/README.submissions.html and scroll down to the section "Removing domains". Read that section very carefully, including the advice as to what to put in the Subject heading of your email to keep it from being blocked by his spam filters. Be sure to tell him the name of the domain that is being blocked and include supporting evidence as to why it should be renoved from the blacklist. It doesn't say so on the website, but I suggest creating a Google Mail account (gmail) to send the request from. As Matt pointed out, the email that you sent us using AtMail is in an unusual HTML-only format with no plain text section, and that by itself is enough to cause it to be blocked by some spam filters. You probably want to eventually figure out how to fix that in AtMail, but I suggest that for expediency in getting a mail message through to stearns.org you simply use gmail for that. As I have no information about the stearns.org blacklist other than what I researched just now to write this message, I cannot help you if my advice does not help you. As Matt suggested, the SpamAssassin Users mailing list would be an appropriate place to solicit advice on avoiding having your mail filtered by sites that use SpamAssassin, as long as you are convincing when you make your requests that you are not a spammer trying to avoid getting spam-filtered.
