There might still be a point in having more than one threshold, though. You
could add X-Spam-Flag: YES to mail over the higher threshold and let your MTA
look for that, while adding a full report to everything over the lower
threshold. It would let you configure all thresholds in one place, instead of
several, FWIW.

(Personally, I use three thresholds and four classes: probable ham, unsure,
probable spam, and virtually certain spam.)
