that issue applies for almost all of our body ruleset.  The trick is that (as
John notes) when a spammer attempts to evade it, we can look for the evasion as
a much more reliable spam signature -- since nonspam never needs to attempt to
evade rules like that.

Also, a low-accuracy body rule being evadable, is better than it FP'ing.  so I
think that is the better approach.
