Is it too late in the 3.0.0 release cycle for making major changes to the
base rules? The ADVANCE_FEE reevolve and new supporting rules (fillfoem
and lotsa_money) I've been working are looking almost mature; would it be
appropriate to commit them for the next beta cycle, or should they be held
until 3.0.0 is released and committed for 3.0.1?
What say y'all?
