RATWARE_MS_HASH / Microsoft SMTP Server

FYI, 

RATWARE_MS_HASH will give the odd FP on mails sent via Microsoft SMTP
Server, apparently part of MS IIS.  I see three bugs open on
RATWARE_MS_HASH, but I wasn't sure if any of them was appropriate for
this.
