As has already been said, see bug 6272 for the long-term fix (ie. probable
removal).  This tracks the short-term band-aid only.  Please read the comments
next time.

BTW, if anyone else has run sa-update, restarted spamd/amavis, and is still
seeing hits on the old rule -- check to ensure you don't have the
00_FVGT_File001.cf SARE rules file around.  That file also contains a copy of
the rule.
