Please review. This bug is the final bug targeted for 3.3.0 with a
[review] flag. It appears to be a not too important and only requiring
opinions.
In talking to jm yesterday, it seems that jm will cut the 3.3.0 and call
for vote during Friday UTC evening.
In preparation for this I'm cutting rc3.unofficial right now to be 100%
sure the last minute code changes don't regress anything, so I can run
this in production for 24 hours prior to the 3.3.0 cut.
