Warren, could you rename the _files_ there? otherwise filenames will collide between rc3 (unofficial) and rc3 (official). I can see those tarballs being downloaded and the source URL context lost.
fwiw, I think we're probably going to do an rc4. I suspect that "slowdown without use bytes" bug is a serious-enough issue. --j.
