Am I right assuming both these sa-update runs have been done right after each other? In that case, it is pretty unlikely the SOUGHT rules in both of them differ at all. Unlikely, though not entirely impossible. So my best bet needs to be adjusted. ;) It is not some specific SEEK sub-rule, a difference in both versions.
