Please see the thread below. The gist of it is that the domains listed in
90_sare_freemail.cf should also be in 20_freemail_domains.cf (so that we can
stop using the SARE file), but most of them are not. Also, the file
20_aux_tlds.cf listed below does not exist. The author suggests I pass this on
to the SA devs, hence this bug report. (Note - this is SA v3.3.0)
