The documentation of the Razor2 plugin (Mail::Spamassassin::Plugin::Razor2) is
incorrect with regards to the license.
The doc contains:
"Note that Razor2 is disabled by default in init.pre because it is not
available for unlimited free use. It is currently free for personal use,
subject to capacity constraints. See the Cloudmark SpamNet Service Policy for
more details."
This was true in the past but the license for Razor2 changed in 2006 and the
plugin was reenabled by default but the documentation was never updated. (See
bug #4850)
