Also it doesn't necessarily be binary. I have some mails with huge text/plain
csv like attachments, that are really slow.

Given that "unprintable characters" or any other heuristics can most likely be
circumvented, it would be good to have atleast (configurable?) limit for the
rendered body size and/or limit on how large attachments are appended.
