OK, I tried to go into the server in order to cut and sign a

While we wait, how do people feel about calling this tarball
3.3.2-rc1? Calling it "rc1" may have people actually test it who
wouldn't try "beta1". In all truth we're very careful about what
goes into the 3.3.x branch and many of us have been using snapshots
for the past year without issues, so I think it would be very
appropriate to call this rc1.
I think there is great momentum going on in bugzilla, so why not wait a few
days?
Even if I say so myself, I'm currently testing bug 6582 and will post
patches and results today. I think it would be very beneficial option for
people to have.
Also textcat bug 6229 (1 vote remaining) would be nice to get in. It greatly
improves default accuracy (I don't think many people change the settings).
It seems releases should be proposed more often. I think we should move
to a time-based release. Aim for twice a year. If we don't make that
deadline, it's OK, at least people were sparked into action. After a
day or week of delay we cut a release and we're better off than the
usual here.
