There seems to be quite a lot of people who are using older versions of SA, and
who are running sa-update without realizing that their rules aren't being
updated.
I think that it would useful to flag this through sa-update. In the short term
a rule like the following could be added
meta SPAMASSASSIN_OUT_OF_DATE 1
describe SPAMASSASSIN_OUT_OF_DATE WARNING: this version is not supported by
active rule development
score SPAMASSASSIN_OUT_OF_DATE 0.001
In the long-term an eval rule could be used to trigger a more prominant warning
in the headers.
