not yet, still hoping DOS does the magic in the background.
It won't be forgotten as this has me blocked in using SA 3.4 in production.

I made an incorrect assumption that because they all had a score of 1,
they
were not mutable. As Axb mentioned above, it's apparently a bug
preventing
the scores from being included.

I think it could be in
/trunk/masses/rule-update-score-gen/generate-new-scores
I'm not too familiar with the guts of the ruleqa stuff even though I spend
a while looking at it a few days ago, and spare time contraints will keep
me from looking again until weekend after next at the earliest.
