running sa-update on sa 3.3.1 is currently failing for me with the following:

sbl.spamhaus.org. A
channel: lint check of update failed, channel failed
The URIBL_SBL_A stuff was added with bug #6696, but that says target milestone
3.4.0

72_active.cf of that rule set contains:
uridnsbl URIBL_SBL_A sbl.spamhaus.org. A
body URIBL_SBL_A eval:check_uridnsbl('URIBL_SBL_A')
