Kevin A. McGrail <[email protected]> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|REOPENED |RESOLVED Resolution| |DUPLICATE --- Comment #8 from Kevin A. McGrail <[email protected]> 2012-01-17 19:32:14 UTC --- This is a duplicate of bug 6422 which deals with how CPAN handles versions which appears to have changed over the years. Additionally, with newer versions of perl, you should be using trunk or 3.3.2. One of the key reasons for the release of 3.3.2 was for perl 5.14.0 support. With perl 5.14.0, I do find that using cpan to install Mail::SpamAssassin fails with these errors which is the same I get from make test on the tar manually. Test Summary Report ------------------- t/cidrs.t (Wstat: 0 Tests: 51 Failed: 4) Failed tests: 15-17, 41 t/recreate.t (Wstat: 0 Tests: 9 Failed: 1) Failed test: 9 Will continue to work on the issue under bug 6422 and hopefully the 3.4.0 testing will prove more cpan compatible. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 6422 *** -- Configure bugmail: https://issues.apache.org/SpamAssassin/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the assignee for the bug.
