Bug ID: 7100
Summary: Domain detection errors in certain conditions
Product: Spamassassin
Version: 3.3.1
Hardware: All
OS: Linux
Status: NEW
Severity: minor
Priority: P2
Component: Plugins
Assignee: [email protected]
Reporter: [email protected]
Analyzing a recent, massive spam campaign, I have noticed that in certain
situations, Uribl.pm does not find the spamvertized domain within the body of
the email.
For instance, if a comma sign immediately follows a domain name, whether as a
website name or within an email address, domain is not detected and yet not
checked against URIBLs.
If a single space lies between the comma and the domain, detection is OK.
