Thanks, I'll consult with them and see what their ttl value is, etc.
They are just using the defaults:
bayes_redis.cf:bayes_token_ttl 30d
bayes_redis.cf:bayes_seen_ttl 14d
so it sounds like they should tweak those, and add the
bayes_auto_learn_on_error to 1 (since it defaults to 0).
