everyone to test this release but I need two +1's from PMC members to
make the release official.

links below will only be activated AFTER 2 more +1's from PMC members.

I did test the last RC and I'm happy with it. Unfortunately these
days I won't have much of the internet connectivity so can't
re-test it now. Assuming the proposed code and packages are
essentially the same as the last RC, I'm giving my +1 vote hereby.
