If you start your local DNS service, do you continue to see problems with SA DNS queries? Is this a fresh SA install and it's never worked? If it was working before, have you upgraded Net::DNS recently? In either case, what version of Net::DNS is installed? There were some issues with it a couple of releases a while back.
