The headers of hat message indicate that a system named "scan.jabatus.fr" did
the filtering of that message using SpamAssassin. The Apache SpamAssasin
Project has no control of how individual sites using our software configure and
deploy it, so we cannot fix this problem for you. Only the operators of
scan.jabatus.fr can help. 

The "X-Spam-Report" header in that message indicates that the overwhelming
criterium causing their scan to mark the message as spam was this rule:

 6.5 IN_RBLINV_SPAM   RBL: Listed for spam. 
                      [62.210.16.40 listed in rblinv.jabatus]

This is clearly a local rule that is specific to that site, using a blacklist
that they manage.
