If you run
spamassassin --lint -D |& grep -o 'parsing file.*$' | sort | uniq -u
you can see just how many configuration files (which include rules) there are
and how impractical it would be to output all of them instead of looking at the
config files you are really interested in.
Closing as old issue, not a bug, better as a question for the users mailing
list.
