Wrote too quickly: As we ARE in Commit-then-Review, there is no such thing as a surprise commit. But before R-T-C, I would suggest we start moving towards a middle ground of a pre-R-T-C mode with a project agreement to work on nothing but important bug fixes. We are getting a lot of changes that are going to take time to test in production to really get a good RC.
