Atm there are no public feeds afaik, I am using my private feeds.
I will work on improving documentation about how to create feeds and (maybe) 
publish my feeds.

Esp module may be effectively outdated and SpamAssassin releases are not 
frequent as I would love to,
for me there is no problem in removing the module from SpamAssassin src tree 
and work on it
out-of-tree.
