Again, no issues related to actual usage and functionality have been raised, aside from Michael's vague "chaos" posts. Eliminating 1000 function calls has no relevance on core functionality working and getting a pending release done. I don't understand how 25 plugins can have "wrong return codes", since maybe 10 of them are async, and they use the agreed on "return undef" stanza.
