The X-Spam-ASN header is added despite the fact no valid ASN is found, for
example with a message send through localhost eg:
4.0.0rc2
X-Spam-ASN: _ASN_
X-Spam-Relay-Country:
As you see above the X-Spam-Relay-Country is blank when send trough localhost,
but X-Spam-ASN: shows _ASN_, shouldn't that be blank as well (or left out
completely)?
Happens on both 3.4.x as 4.0.0rc2
