Replying to myself :)

spamd.exe, spamassassin.exe, sa-learn.exe and sa-update.exe are just
wrappers/launchers, all are exactly 31KB big.

If i look inside those executables, i see references to
DynaLoader::boot_DynaLoader.Win32CORE and x86_64-posix-seh, Built by
strawberryperl.com project) 8.3.0.... rings any bell?
