There is no evidence there that SpamAssassin was involved in the decision to "filter" the mail. Consult with your hosting provider and/or cPanel for support. SpamAssassin DOES NOT block mail. It analyzes mail based on a large set of rules and a versatile configuration, providing a spam score to whatever mail software uses it. How a mail system reacts to a particular score is an entirely local choice not controlled by SpamAssassin.
