The attached document contains no useful information. There is no evidence
there that SpamAssassin was involved in the decision to "filter" the mail.
Consult with your hosting provider and/or cPanel for support.

SpamAssassin DOES NOT block mail. It analyzes mail based on a large set of
rules and a versatile configuration, providing a spam score to whatever mail
software uses it. How a mail system reacts to a particular score is an entirely
local choice not controlled by SpamAssassin. It is possible (but optional) in
SpamAssassin to give preference to correspondents with a history of legitimate
traffic, but only you and/or your hosting provider can set that up.
