Bug ID: 8125
Summary: localpart_in_subject rule could be overridden by
quotes around the "local" part
Product: Spamassassin
Version: unspecified
Hardware: PC
OS: Windows 10
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: Rules
Assignee: [email protected]
Reporter: [email protected]
Target Milestone: Undefined
Hello,
I found out that plenty of spam mail has no entry in content analysis for the
localpart_in_subject rule, when the Local part of my To: address appears in
Subject of the mail.
So I tried just to mask the local part like this: "local"@domain.tld
This was all it needed to overpower this rule. And the quotes do not make the
mail undeliverable :-(
