FileExtensionMismatch plugin
FileExtensionMismatch plugin verifies if the extension of an attachment matches
the MIME type declared on email headers.
The plugin can use File::libMagic or MIME::Type Perl modules.
There is also some code refactoring in order to share some code with OLEVBMacro
plugin.
