I get a T_SPF_PERMERROR for domain paardenpraktijkdehilver.nl, consequently
failing DMARC

Above online validator says it exceeded the 10 DNS lookup for this source, but
SA limit is supposed to be 20, not? see:

Another online validator gives no problem with the SPF record whatsoever,

The message was missing DKIM header, but i think it should pass on SPF record
alone (if the result should have been SPF_PASS), not?
