I noticed for shortcircuit there is a USER_IN_DKIM_WELCOMELIST and a
USER_IN_SPF_WELCOMELIST but no USER_IN_AUTH_WELCOMELIST, isn't
whitelist_auth/welcomelist_auth added and recommended to make specifying
trusted domains easier?
I was under the impression using welcomelist_auth would save me for creating
duplicate exclusions for both welcomelist_spf and welcomelist_dkim, but it
looks like i can't use shortcircuiting with it currently, right?
