            Bug ID: 8288
Summary: Listed hosts in URIs with more than two slashes
following the https: scheme will not match URI BLs
           Product: Spamassassin
           Version: 4.0.2
          Hardware: PC
                OS: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: spamassassin
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
  Target Milestone: Undefined

If a URI in the body of an email uses more than two slashes between the http:
or https: URI scheme and the host name and the host name is listed on a URI
block list, matches will be incorrectly missed and no blocklist score will be
added for the malicious domain.

Example (in text/html section):

<a href="https://////test.surbl.org//abcdefgh//ijklmnop.html"; target=_blank>

where test.surbl.org is a test point for the SURBL Multi list that should match
as a listed domain if SURBL is configured.
