t/dmarc.t skips two versions of Mail::DMARC which have a bug that would cause
test failures. Versions that fix that bug require Perl 5.34.3 or later. The
bug's effect on DMARC results is minor enough for the DMARC plugin to go on
using these versions under older Perls, so the tests are skipped rather than
failed.
The bug also exists in Mail::DMARC versions 2.20260621 and 2.20260724, causing
the tests to fail.
The attached patch adds the two versions to the check, and for Perl 5.34.3 or
later fails with a message to upgrade Mail::DMARC to 2.20260827 or later.
