write pyzor.bat from the first python and pyzor that where finds
The Windows runner setup writes a broken pyzor.bat when there is more than one
python.exe on the PATH, as is now the case on the GitHub runners.
The attached patch uses only the first python.exe and pyzor found on the PATH
when writing pyzor.bat.
