I opened the request in JIRA on the assumption that a master-only cluster
is a usable and valid cluster to work with. If that is not the case, then yeah
I guess we should instead modify `spark-ec2` to not let you launch slave-less
clusters.
This still leaves Josh's use case unaddressed though. Say the slaves are
somehow lost. The user should still be able to login to the master to pull logs
and whatnot.
