Given the feedback, I would propose to use the Spark Connect Go client as a test project for this and will provide feedback in due time on the possibilities and management options. When we have a consensus, I would prepare a PR and make this clear in the contribution guidelines for the repository and set up the basic GH Issues Infrastructure.
