There is nothing wrong from a process perspective, Dongjoon followed the Apache policy correctly and strictly. Let's move forward with 4.1.0.
However, this does differ from how we have handled releases in the past, where we usually held the release while a veto was still under discussion. Perhaps we should have followed the Apache policy more strictly in the past as well, which would allow us to release faster. But that also means PMC members need to vote more actively and express their opinions in a timely manner. Anyway, +1 for 4.1.1. I’m fine with adopting a stricter release process as well, and I hope we can continue to keep the community atmosphere friendly and constructive.
