Hi Bob,

We are actively working to reduce our GitHub Actions resource consumption, and
several committers, myself included, are focused on this.

After reviewing our GitHub Actions metrics, I believe we are exceeding the
resource usage limits specified here
<https://infra.apache.org/github-actions-policy.html>.

Is there a standard report showing ASF’s view of a project’s usage against
those limits? GitHub’s reports and the Infra dashboard
<https://infra-reports.apache.org/> provide useful consumption figures, but I
haven’t found a view that directly checks the calendar-week budget, the limit
for any consecutive five-day period, and the workflow-wide concurrency cap. We
could compute these ourselves, but a shared report would help projects monitor
compliance consistently with Infra.

Nick
