Hi Shirley,
I'm afraid that using hive import is officially not support from within Oozie. 
Recommended workaround is to firstly get data to HDFS using Sqoop in one Sqoop 
action followed by second Hive action that will load the data to Hive.

About your particular issue with port appended - Sqoop is relying on underlying 
hadoop configuration files, so I would recommend to verify your configuration 
(oozie namenode tag, hadoop configuration files, ...).
