Found some other interesting failures that I just had to resolve by installing
some additional packages. May be good to add to our documentation if you agree
(https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/SQOOP/Setting+up+Development+Environment)
I had to additionally install redhat-lsb & xmlto to finish building the docs
successfully. Not sure if this was just due to my local machine via CentOS 6.0
or not. Just a thought.
Patch re-worked, docs test works, and attached.
