Review request for Sqoop. Description ------- I've provided basic script for running the pre-commit tests and posting comments on JIRA. Original file was copied from FLUME project, however I did several tweaks. History of my changes is available in branch SQOOP-1082: https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf?p=sqoop.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/SQOOP-1082 I think that this should be sufficient for initial version. We can tweak it later by adding additional tests (for example check if patch is altering any test file or enforcing code style).
