Currently a lot of the functionality is embedded within various test cases
inside the {{test}} package. I'm expecting that third party contributors
building extensions for Sqoop (connectors or other future pieces) might be
interested in reusing some of the provided test functionality, so I would like
to move out all reusable code to the {{src}} package and made it easily
reusable.
