It seems that we were using {{SqoopFileOutputFormat}} as a specific input
format for "import" case prior "From/To" refactoring. Relevant usage is in
class
{{[MapreduceExecutionEngine|https://github.com/apache/sqoop/blob/branch-1.99.3/execution/mapreduce/src/main/java/org/apache/sqoop/execution/mapreduce/MapreduceExecutionEngine.java#L74]}}
that got completely refactored. Hence +1 on it's remove.
