I wanted to know what is default in Hive so that we have a base line how to
define the format. I do not consider using {{0x03}} and {{0x02}} as a good
separators because those will change the text format to a binary one (e.g. both
bytes are not printable). And that would open a whole new set of problems. For
example, you can't copy&paste that because even though that it looks like text
it's not. I'm assuming that as long as we use one character for the separator,
the performance will be the same regardless of what the actual character is.
